Every client, every deadline, one table
You do not forget a client's filing date because you are careless. You forget it because each one has a different period end, and nine months from each of them lands somewhere different. A practice with UAE and EU clients has the same problem twice. One list in, every date out: UAE Corporate Tax, CSRD, CBAM and the EU AI Act.
The computation never leaves this page. No upload, no sign-up, no server: the arithmetic runs in your browser, so you can paste real client names. One exception, and it is opt-in: if you turn on paid reminders at the bottom of this page, that list is sent to us and stored, because an email cannot be sent from your browser. What is stored is a label you choose, a period end, a revenue figure and one flag, filed against a hash of your licence key and never against your email. Sending an empty list deletes it. Until you press that button nothing is transmitted at all.
UAE rules applied, each one cited: return and payment are due nine months after the Tax Period end, one date for both (Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022, Articles 53(1) and 48(1)). Late filing is AED 500 a month, AED 1,000 from the thirteenth, charged even where no tax is due (Cabinet Decision No. 75 of 2023). Small Business Relief needs Revenue at or below AED 3,000,000 and the test is cumulative and one-way (Article 21; Ministerial Decision No. 73 of 2023 Article 2(3)), now running to Tax Periods ending on or before 31 December 2029 (Ministerial Decision No. 131 of 2026). The e-invoicing ASP date is 30 October 2026 at or above AED 50,000,000 of revenue and 31 March 2027 below it (Ministerial Decision No. 244 of 2025 Article 5, as replaced by Ministerial Decision No. 66 of 2026). Registration is a separate obligation with its own AED 10,000 penalty (Cabinet Decision No. 10 of 2024).
EU rules applied: CSRD scope is the large undertaking test in Directive 2013/34/EU Article 3(4) with the thresholds raised by Delegated Directive (EU) 2023/2775, then the FY2027 test of more than 1 000 employees and more than EUR 450,000,000 net turnover in Articles 19a(1) and 29a(1) as amended by Directive (EU) 2026/470, with wave 1 from FY2024 under Directive (EU) 2022/2464 Article 5(2)(a) and the postponement in Directive (EU) 2025/794. The CSRD statement goes in the management report, so the filing day is national law and this page gives the financial year rather than a day it cannot source. The CBAM calendar is Regulation (EU) 2023/956 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2025/2083, with the free allocation phase-out in Directive (EU) 2023/959 Article 10a(1a); only the first annual declaration, 30 September 2027 for 2026 imports, has a day in those texts. The EU AI Act dates are Article 113 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 as rewritten by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 (Digital Omnibus on AI, in force 27 July 2026): prohibitions from 2 February 2025, general-purpose AI models from 2 August 2025, Article 50 transparency from 2 August 2026, high-risk Annex III from 2 December 2027 and high-risk Annex I from 2 August 2028. This is a computation, not tax or legal advice.
