For accounting practices and consultancies
Your clients have to file. You have to be right. And the part that is expensive is not building the
spreadsheet, it is being the person who signed it.
Bindler licenses the checked logic so you can put your own name on it.
What the licence is
Any Bindler workbook, delivered brand-free, with your organisation's name in the title cell of
every sheet. A perpetual licence to present it to your clients and hand it to them as your
deliverable, with no credit to Bindler and no limit on the number of clients. The formulas, the
source citations, the Rules sheet and the Guide sheet stay exactly as verified, because the checked
logic is the thing you are licensing.
$499, once, per workbook. Not per client, not per year, not per seat. The licence does notexpire. Updates Bindler publishes for that workbook in the twelve months after purchase are
supplied brand-free on request; after that the file you hold is yours to keep using, it simply
stops receiving new versions.
If you do not need your own name on it
Most workbooks also carry a consultancy licence as a tier on the product page itself, **$249 or
$299 depending on the workbook**. That permits exactly what a practice needs and nothing it does not:
use the file on client engagements, one client per copy, for as many clients as you have. It is not
a per-seat subscription and there is no renewal. The difference from the white-label licence above
is whose name is on the sheet: the consultancy tier keeps Bindler's, the white-label licence puts
yours there and removes ours.
Both are bought once and kept. Neither is a subscription.
Why the checking is the point
A template you find online is worth what you paid for it the first time a partner asks where a
number came from. Every Bindler workbook is recalculated **outside Excel and outside Google
Sheets, by an independent engine, against figures worked out by hand from the statute before**
the run. Not a spot check: the whole sheet, every time it is built.
You do not have to take that on trust, which is the whole point of saying it:
- The full verification report for the UAE Corporate Tax
workbook. What was checked, against what, how many cases, which Articles each exercises, and the
result.
- Every check listed by name, 913 of them across 33 products, on one page and
again on each product page, so you can see what is covered and what is not before you licence
anything.
- A public change log. When a figure has been found wrong it is written down and dated with the
old number named. Two corrections are on record.
Who this is for
Accounting practices, tax consultancies, ESG and sustainability advisors, and the finance teams who
produce these computations for somebody else. You already have the client relationship and the
liability. What you are buying is the arithmetic, checked, with the article behind every line, and
your name on the front of it.
What it is not
It is not tax or legal advice and it does not make Bindler your adviser. It is not for resale as a
template or listing on a template marketplace: your clients receive a working copy, not white-label
rights. Nothing here makes anyone a registered tax agent.
The shelf
CSRD double materiality, EU Taxonomy alignment, CBAM cost, GHG inventory, PCAF financed emissions,
SFDR PAI, IFRS S2, ESRS E1 transition plan, the EU AI Act obligations register, UAE Corporate Tax,
UAE e-invoicing readiness, and the corporate finance models. German and French editions of several.
Before you buy
Ask for the full licence text and it is sent free, before any money changes hands. Email [email protected] naming the workbook you want branded.Refundable for 7 days until the brand-free file is sent; once you have that file it is delivered
and cannot be taken back, which is why the licence text is free to read first.
