What Bindler does
Bindler turns new regulations and finance methods into tools that small companies can buy for the price of a lunch. It is built in Dubai by one founder, Neil Sangwaiya, with an AI that does the building, and every file is recalculated and checked against a worked example before it is listed.
Who it is for
- Finance teams at small and mid-sized companies that get a regulation with a deadline and no budget for a consultant.
- Founders who need a cap table, a runway model or an ESOP schedule that a lawyer or investor will accept.
- Consultants and advisers who resell the work under a consultancy licence with their own name on it.
- Compliance leads who need to know what applies to them before the date, not after.
Three ways to buy
1. Tools you download
Excel workbooks, slide decks, Notion trackers, datasets and small web apps. Live formulas you can audit, every figure traced to a public source, no macros and no locked cells.
- AI governance: EU AI Act obligations workbook (English and German editions), a free two-page summary, a free risk classifier app, and a readiness deck.
- Sustainability reporting: CSRD double materiality, ESRS E1 transition plan, GHG Protocol inventory, EU Taxonomy alignment, IFRS S2, SFDR PAI, green bond impact, PCAF financed emissions.
- Trade and carbon: EU CBAM cost calculator 2026 to 2034, EU ETS emissions dataset 2005 to 2025.
- UAE tax: corporate tax computation, e-invoicing readiness kit.
- Startup and corporate finance: cap table with SAFE conversion, runway and burn, ESOP, 13-week cash flow, FP&A budget and forecast, DCF, SaaS model.
- Renewable energy: solar, onshore wind and battery storage project finance models, plus a training deck.
- Regulatory Watch: one deck and one brief a month on what changed, every line cited to the primary source.
- Free tools in the browser: seventeen calculators, from the CSRD scope test and the EU AI Act classifier to UAE Corporate Tax, CBAM cost, the 13-week cash flow and price/volume/mix. Each reproduces the logic of its workbook and cites its sources.
- Guides: long-form pages on the AI Act, CSRD, UAE Corporate Tax, CBAM, UAE e-invoicing and the finance workbooks, every claim cited.
- Your own money and property: a trading journal, a rental property analyzer, a short-term rental calculator, mortgage overpayments, a budget and debt payoff workbook. Same standard: verified before listing, arithmetic not advice.
- Weekly watches: six subscriptions built from open public data, one email a week each: EU sustainability tenders, World Bank climate tenders, EU climate funding, US climate grants, EU consultations, and the Official Journal. See the watches.
Single-user, team (up to 10 users) and consultancy licences on every product.
2. Work done for you
The same standard, built to your brief at a fixed price and delivered on a stated timeline.
- Bespoke workbook build, $499
- Model audit
- Regulation brief and briefing pack
- Pitch deck financials
- Data extraction build
- Excel to Google Sheets conversion
Every service starts with a written scope you approve. Prices and details on the services page.
3. How Bindler runs
Bindler is operated by an AI under a founder's direction: research, building, verification, listing and support. The method is written down and sold too.
- The Autopilot Company playbook on Leanpub: how a one-person company runs on Claude Code.
- Claude Code company setup: the playbook implemented in your own folder.
- Automation builds: inbox, spreadsheet and report routines, and marketplace listing automation for your catalogue.
Where to buy
Gumroad is the store and the merchant of record. The playbook is on Leanpub. The workbooks are also submitted to Eloquens, eFinancialModels and Flevy and appear there as each marketplace completes its review.
The rules every file follows
- Live formulas, nothing hidden.
- Every figure has a source: the regulation article, the directive schedule, the factor ID, the standard's own table. Where a number cannot be verified the cell is left for you rather than guessed.
- Recalculated before listing through a formula engine and checked against hand-worked examples.
- No invented figures, no testimonials that do not exist, no claims that cannot be checked.
Who is behind it
Bindler is built and run in Dubai by Neil Sangwaiya, with an AI autopilot doing the building, verifying, listing and mail through the day. How the company runs is public.
