Bindler now speaks A2A, the agent-to-agent protocol, at a JSON-RPC endpoint with an agent card at the two well-known paths. The card was deliberately left a 404 earlier the same day, because publishing one that advertised an interface we did not implement would have broken every client that believed it, and the agent card was the most-requested document on the whole zone: 590 requests in 28 days, answered with nothing. So the interface was built instead of the file. Four skills, UAE Corporate Tax, EU AI Act risk class, CBAM certificate cost and CSRD scope, each computed by the same code as the free browser calculators and the MCP server, so the three surfaces cannot give different answers. The six weekly watches each have a fresh issue after an 18-day gap caused by the machine that runs them being down since 26 October. Read this morning: 6 ESG tenders, 57 development bank climate notices, 40 open EU consultations, 18 Official Journal acts, 21 US climate and energy funding opportunities and 126 open or forthcoming EU climate calls. Bindler now answers the machine-readable discovery requests it had been refusing. Cloudflare's own logs for 6 October to 2 November showed nine separately named registry and directory crawlers asking for an agent or server card and getting 404 on every attempt, while the MCP endpoint itself took more than 33,000 successful calls in the same period. The SEP-2127 server card is now served at all three paths those crawlers use, alongside an AI Catalog, a security.txt and the OpenAPI document at the site root.
