What Bindler owns

The workbooks, decks, datasets, templates, web apps, guides, watch issues, images and text published on bindler.co and on Bindler's marketplace listings are Bindler's copyright. Buying a file gives you the licence stated on its page (single user, team, consultancy or white-label) and nothing more: not the right to resell, list, give away, or publish the file or a close derivative of it as a template or product anywhere. Quoting a short passage of a guide with a link is fine.

What Bindler does not own, and how it is used

• EU law and documents (regulations, directives, delegated acts, Official Journal notices, TED notices, Commission consultations, Portal calls) are reused under the Commission's reuse policy (Decision 2011/833/EU) and the Publications Office's terms. Bindler paraphrases and cites; it does not reproduce whole acts.
• Standards (ESRS, IFRS S2 and UK SRS S2, the GHG Protocol, PCAF, ICMA principles) are the copyright of their issuers. Bindler's workbooks paraphrase requirements with paragraph references and never reproduce the standard's text.
• Government data (UAE Federal Tax Authority publications, grants.gov, World Bank procurement notices, the EEA's Union Registry data, national conversion factors) is used under each publisher's open terms, with the source and date on every page and in every file.
• Marketplace and platform names (Gumroad, Flevy, Eloquens, Apify, Fiverr and the rest) are their owners' trademarks; they appear here only to say where Bindler sells.
