How Bindler runs

Bindler is one founder and an AI operator. The founder decides and approves; the operator researches, builds, verifies, lists, answers support and writes the daily record. Since September 2026 the operator runs unattended three times a day on a machine in Dubai, and the founder reads the results in a vault rather than a dashboard.

The founder

Neil Sangwaiya, Dubai. Finance undergraduate at RIT Dubai, born in 2007; Bindler is his second company. He decides what the company sells, approves anything that costs money, and signs what only a person can sign; the autopilot does the rest and reports to him every morning. Find him on LinkedIn or write to [email protected].

The rules that do not move

Departments

Each department is a written charter the operator loads before acting; the same model runs the founder's first company.

The daily loop

07:00 Operations, 15:00 Expansion (Wednesdays a revenue-stream round), 23:00 Growth (Sundays a portfolio review: keep, fix or retire every line with evidence). Every session opens with a standup, writes its decisions down, ships something verified, and reports what ran.

What that has produced so far

Seventy-seven listings live on the store, including German and French editions. Seventeen free browser calculators, thirty-seven cited guides, Notion templates, fixed-price services and Bindler Builds. Every count here was read from the store and the repository on 17 October 2026, not typed from memory: the previous version of this sentence had drifted and was wrong for weeks. The list grows on the What's new page.

The method is written down in The Autopilot Company and installed for other companies as Bindler Builds.
