Neil Sangwaiya is the founder of Bindler, a Dubai company that turns new regulations into tools small companies can buy: verified Excel workbooks for CSRD, CBAM, the EU AI Act, IFRS S2 and UAE corporate tax, free browser calculators, weekly watches built from open public data, and fixed-price services. He is a finance undergraduate at RIT Dubai, born in 2007. Bindler is his second company; the first is Solandor, a clean energy data platform.

Bindler is built and run with an AI autopilot: Claude Code runs unattended sessions through the day that build and verify the products, write the site, list on the marketplaces and send the mail, and Neil approves spend and signs what only a person can sign.
