Artikel 8 der Taxonomie-Verordnung verlangt von jedem berichtspflichtigen Unternehmen drei Zahlen: den Anteil von Umsatz, CapEx und OpEx, der taxonomiekonform ist. Dafür muss jede Wirtschaftstätigkeit gegen Artikel 3 geprüft werden: wesentlicher Beitrag, keine erhebliche Beeinträchtigung (DNSH) bei jedem anwendbaren Umweltziel, Mindestschutz, technische Bewertungskriterien. Diese Arbeitsmappe macht das, vollständig auf Deutsch, und füllt die ab dem 1. Januar 2026 geltenden Meldebögen der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2026/73.
- Kriterienbibliothek: 16 Klimaschutz-Tätigkeiten aus Anhang I der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) 2021/2139 (Zement, Eisen und Stahl, Fotovoltaik, Wind, Wasserkraft, Stromnetze, Speicher, Schienengüterverkehr, Fahrzeuge, Neubau, Renovierung, Gebäudeerwerb, Rechenzentren und mehr) mit zusammengefasstem wesentlichem Beitrag, Schwellenwert, Einheit, DNSH-Anwendbarkeit und Kategorie; erweiterbar um weitere Tätigkeiten.
- Tätigkeitsregister: 40 Zeilen, je eine Tätigkeit. Abschnittscode wählen, Messwert eingeben, quantitativer Test meldet Erfüllt oder Nicht erfüllt, dann wesentlicher Beitrag, fünf DNSH-Fragen und Mindestschutz mit Y/N; Taxonomiekonform berechnet sich daraus.
- Zusammenfassung: Nenner je KPI, taxonomiefähige und taxonomiekonforme Beträge und Anteile, ermöglichende Tätigkeiten und Übergangstätigkeiten, Vorjahreswerte, die 10-%-Regel für nicht wesentliche Tätigkeiten (Artikel 2 Absätze 1a bis 1d) und die OpEx-Ausnahme mit Begründung.
- Meldebogen 1 (16 Spalten, eine Zeile je KPI) und drei Meldebögen 2 (14 Spalten, je KPI, Summen- und Gesamtzeilen) im Layout des neuen Anhangs II, mit den Prüfungen aus den Erläuterungen (Spalten 6 bis 11 gleich Spalte 5, Gesamt-KPI gleich Meldebogen 1).
Überall Live-Formeln.
